Introduction of Original LÖWE shears by Colonel B.J. Walker in England under the brand name "Rolcut".

Foundation of the Fritz Howaldt Ltd. in London.

Mr. Walther Schröder takes over the company Fritz Howaldt.

Entrance of Mr. Walther Schröders sons Uwe and Rolf Schröder into the company.

Takeover of the company Fritz Howaldt by Uwe and Rolf Schröder from their deceased father.

Foundation of the Gebr. Schröder GmbH - todays company name.

Retirement of the managing director Rolf Schröder.
